Many thanks to all our runners who have raised over £1400 by taking part in various events this year, including the Manchester 10K (Dave Cristinacce, Claire O'Connell, Dawn Hart, Charlotte Leather and Phil Tresadern), Leeds Half-Marathon (Sophie Redfern) and Paris Marathon (Steve Errington). CLARE DOES A HALF IRONMAN TRIATHLON IN ANTWERP

Clare Robinson takes on a huge personal challenge on the 2nd August in Antwerp where she will be competing in a gruelling half IRONMAN. The event includes a 1.9km open water swim in the lake followed by a 90km bike ride and finishes off with a 21km run. This will be Claire's first triathlon at this distance so get behind her and show your support!!!
