Donate by Shopping

It is even possible to donate to Lifeshare by buying the right products from the right places. For example:

• If you regularly shop on-line, use TheGivingMachine to access major retailers' websites and they will donate a percentage of the proceeds to Lifeshare at no cost to you.
• EveryClick runs a similar system specifically for eBay, where a percentage of the proceeds are donated to us.
• If you are eating out in November or December, consider the StreetSmart scheme where diners at participating restaurants are encouraged to make a voluntary donation of £1, added directly to the bill. Money raised is distributed locally to charities such as Lifeshare.
• From the 21st October 2010, you will be able to purchase an exclusive Beards of Manchester calendar with all proceeds going to Lifeshare. Of course, if you are the owner of some impressive bristles you could even appear in the calendar!
